CAMI will have a new general manager
The Council for Anglophone Magdalen Islanders (CAMI) will have a new general manager.
Lolita Alborghetti will take over from Michel Vigneault on July 6th.
Having previously worked in human resources and accounting for the organization, she begins this new chapter with confidence:
Lolita Alborghetti has a master’s degree in human resources and extensive management experience.
Originally from France, she moved to the Islands in September 2022 to follow her partner who is a teacher at Grosse-Île’s school.
Her first introduction to the English community was with the CAMI, which was headed at the time by Helena Burke.
Questioned about her priorities, Lolita Alborghetti promise continuity:
She assures that Michel Vigneault is leaving her with a solid, competent and united team.
The future director believes that the redesign of the exhibits at the Veterans Museum and the Little Red School is among the projects that will be worth following.
