Opération Enfant Soleil: $29,170 for the Islands
Opération Enfant Soleil announces a donation of $29,170 to the Hôpital de l’Archipel, as part of its 75 contributions to Quebec hospitals.
This amount will allow the hospital to finance several projects and equipment purchases related to specialized medical care for Magdalen Island children.
In order to collect donations from the community, Opération Enfant Soleil will hold its annual telethon on June 5th.
Fundraising activities are also planned for May 15, including a take-out lunch in collaboration with the restaurant Au P’tit Capitaine as well as a cycling event that will take place at the Centre Alfred-Gallant.
Over the years, a total of $764,520 has been donated to the Archipelago Hospital through Opération Enfant Soleil.
