Half a dozen entrepreneurs and managers were rewarded Saturday night at the 2022 Recognition Evening of the Islands Chamber of Commerce.

The workshop La Méduse did double duty by winning the trophies for « Entrepreneur who overcame difficulties » and « Coup de coeur du public ».

Le Bon goût frais des Îles has won the new award for « NPO involved in its community ».

Launched last July, the young company Alcyon sel de mer was named winner in the « Business Innovation » category, which brings a smile to the co-founder Joëlle Arseneau.

Valérie Robichaud, head coach of the Club Élite de natation des Îles, was awarded the Key Employee Award following a nomination by her employer, which is very touching.

Special attention to their customers earned owners of the café-buvette Chez Renard, Ève Beaudoin-Galaise and Philippe Raymond, an award, while City Councillor Richard Leblanc was selected as Mentor of the Year.
